Hey there Leo Roe my bro! Actually I've removed one thing recently (html for blogcatalog.com that was on here for a month or two). The only other change I've made was with the picture on the header. For the longest time the picture didn't quite fit right, so I finally edited it and put the right-sized one up. But that only added about 8kb to the page, so that shouldn't slow things down. Let me know if it keeps doing that for you, and I'll take a deeper look.
