"Sweet" intermission...

Ok, so in between my two "Sweet Tea" posts, here's some, um, entertainment. Yeah, that's it... entertainment! :)

This first video is actually the only one I planned to post. It's a great song from Stryper's lead singer, Michael Sweet. After Stryper disbanded, Michael had 3 solo albums within a few years. He's now done some other solo stuff and he's also joined back up with the guys from Stryper.

As for the rest of these, I'm going to classify them in the "fun" or "interesting" categories. Most of these have nothing to do with the overall gist of this blog, but I either enjoy the lyrics or the music or both... OR there's something else that peaks my interest. I think most of this won't be too offensive to most of you, but I do want to give fair warning that, although there's nothing vulgar or profane here, some of this might not go along with your personal tastes.

You might want to save this for a day when you have some free time... or some time to waste. :)

I found the video for Marilyn Manson's remake of the previous song... Sweet Dreams. Didn't have one iota of a desire to post it! However... I then found this "live" version in which Alice Cooper, was singing it with him. So, if you can handle it, here's a man who openly proclaims faith in Christ singing with a man who openly tramples all over it...
